How to Use

• Bath & Shower — Add up to 5 drops to 2 tbsp of bath oil, shower gel or carrier oil. For children over 2 or sensitive skin, use up to 2 drops.
• Inhalation — Add 4–6 drops to a bowl of steaming water, place a towel over your head and breathe deeply. Not suitable for children under 2, asthmatics or those with sensitive skin (place bowl nearby instead).
• Massage — Add up to 7 drops to 1 tbsp of carrier oil. For children over 2 or sensitive skin, use up to 3 drops.
• Diffuser or Burner — Add 1–3 drops for a naturally uplifting and relaxing ambiance.
