Also known as Khus or Vetivert, Vetiver essential oil is extracted from the roots of a tall, clumpy grass native to India. With its distinctive sweet, smoky and earthy scent, Vetiver is one of aromatherapy's most grounding and restorative oils — widely used to calm an overactive mind, ease anxiety and promote deep, restful sleep.

Benzoin, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lavender and Ylang Ylang.
How to Use
- Diffuser or Burner — Add 1–3 drops for a deeply grounding and calming atmosphere, ideal for evening wind-down or meditation.
- Massage — Dilute in a carrier oil and massage into skin for a deeply restorative, earthy experience.
- Bath — Add a few drops to bath oil or shower gel for a grounding, spa-like soak.
